Drupal India Association discussion

The aim of the BoF is to gather all the Indian community members at Drupal Europe in a room and talk about building more momentum for the local chapter being incorporated. 

We're also looking to discuss more ideas around how the board should be structured and who should be on it to help build the momentum around the local chapters goals.

Everyone is invited to attend but it's very important for Indian community members to be present. The BoF has been scheduled in a way that it doesn't conflict with any other talk being delivered by Indian community members.
